All Saints Northallerton and St James Romanby
Christmas Tree Festival 6th – 8th December 2024

After a five-year break, we will be holding our first Christmas Tree Festival from Friday, 6th December, till Sunday, 8th December 2024.

We hope to make this a real community celebration and invite you to join in. In the beautiful venue of All Saints Parish Church, we will display trees decorated by many different community organisations.

Over the course of the weekend, there will be musical events and refreshments.  We have space for 50 individually decorated trees.

We invite you to be involved by sponsoring one or more trees for a community group to decorate. Your name will be in the programme as a community sponsor and displayed prominently by your sponsored tree.

This is a wonderful opportunity to creatively publicise your group or business while supporting a community group. Those decorating the trees will be asked to do so in a way that reflects their group, remembering that they will be displayed in a church setting.

There will be a competition for the most popular tree, which the visitors will vote on, with a prize for the winner.

As organisers, the Parish will supply the 6ft trees, stands and lights for decoration.  You are invited to sponsor a tree for a donation of £100.00 towards the costs, but if you could increase your donation, we would be delighted.

We will be hosting a preview reception for our sponsors on Thursday, 5th December.

Please do not send any money until we confirm your place; we initially seek an expression of interest. As we expect a high up-take of this invitation, if you want to join in, please don’t delay - first come, first served!

If all trees are allocated, we will have a waiting list. Do get in touch if more in- information is required. Please reply by 30th September 2024, at the latest, using the online form at: https://letsgrow.click/sponsor

Further information will be sent when we confirm your place.
